How well I remember exactly what you are experiencing. This is a truely amazing disease/parasite - not exactly sure what it truely is. I love the way you have captured it in words. Keep writing maybe that is your gift and a source of income for you.
This website is the definite start of your battle. Remember you must stay positive and do not be afraid of this monster. You are in control and you will beat it. It may take awhile. But eventually it will get better and better and better. Do not worry about strangers and those on the outside - you will not infect them. Go live your life.

For me, the first thing I did that started my improvement was a product called Paragone. You might want to look into that along with Mel's help.
