Deborah, thank you for your kind words. It truly means a lot to me. I definitely am going to need this community to get better.

Yesterday I ate cooked vegetables and tomato soup. They both tasted so good. It's funny, I used to proudly say, "I don't eat vegetables." Now,quite literally, I'm eating my words.

I woke up today and I felt better. Maybe it's my imagination, but my brain feels crisper? I've changed my eating to vegetables, drink two tablespoons diatomaceous earth, and drink tea or a bit of apple cider vinegar in water whenever possible. A little more out there, but I read a post that said that this bacteria thirives off of air and moisture , this person said he had good results by placing deodorant over his body. He discovered this after he realized his armpits were the only place he never got attacked. Since I've seen these things come up with milk and grapeseed oil, I figured there is something to it. I have been doing this at night for a few days now. I think it is one of the reasons I got so sick, that and my new diet. Things only get worse at first when one takes the right actions.I only plan on continuing the deodorant at night for two weeks. I feel it's a bad idea to continue longer because of the not-so-fun chemicals.

I'm also a meditater but have switched more to praying lately. I continue both, but instead of focusing on other things, i now only focus on my recovery.

I think I caught this thing right at the beginning, and I'm 29, so I'm hoping these will factor into a quick recovery.

I loved reading through the other blog/journal entries. They were so open and honest with their journeys. I promise to do the same.

Challenges like these speed up our growth as human beings. Right now it's hard for me to process this in the positive, but I do know that in the past, all my hardships made me into a better human being.

Much love to all of you. If anyone would like me to meditate for them, please send me a note. I will happily do it.
