I haven't written in a but I still try to stay in the website as much as possible, so that I keep my head up and keeping moving forward.

I've been battling depression this week, so it's been hard. You know, quitting my acting class and my other part-time job has also really cut my social life. That and the symptoms of this disease makes it really hard for me to want to do much of anything. It's worse today than it has been in the past. (I mean, psychologically, physically i feel much better.) I don't really want to write anything, but part of me knows that is when I need to do it the most. I know that it's not just for me, but for other people.

I need to take action. And I am. I keep moving forward.

I just want everyone who gets this things to know that they are not alone. I don't know where I would be without Mel checking in and those beautiful conference calls.

The conference calls have made such a difference, seriously. When I listen to the conference calls, it gives me the ability to expand my lungs, breathe in love-charged air and keep moving forward with the drive I need to beat this.

If you get down, listen to the conference calls.

Listening to such kindness in such beautiful human beings will keep you looking forward.

Actually, I think I'm already feeling a little bit better. I think one of my major hurdles right now is that I'm keeping a lot of what's going on with me bottled up.

But that's what this is for, to keep moving and all the other writers and readers looking forward.

My mom is pretty much the only one who knows that I have Morgellons. I've been avoiding talking to people about this, and the people that do ask, I just tell them that I have developed the symptoms for lymes disease. It's not a lie, I have those symptoms, as well. I just don't let them know that it goes further and deeper. It's to protect them. I don't want anyone who loves me having to evaluate if they have to believe me or not.

It's interesting sharing my body with other life forms. It reminds me of how mortal I am. But I'm not helpless. They may have woven themselves into my flesh, but they will never get to my spirit.

It keeps me moving forward.

There are certainly days that I get really down, but this has made me more spiritual. Feeling things crawling in me, and the random twitches has been like a finger showing what parts of me are physical and what parts are spiritual. When I meditate, I see there is more to me than this disease.

We are all more than this disease. Our home is not just in our bodies, we also have a somewhere much more perfect.

I'm grateful that I have these reminders. And I'm so excited for when I beat this.

If you're down today, I just hope you know that I have you're back. Just keep looking forward.

Love always,

Jeremy
