Kim! Hey, I got the other Kim's email from Mel. Ha ha ha! I still want to get in touch with you! I'm sure Mel will share my info with you.

Shari! Biggest of hugs. I'm here for you if you ever need someone to talk to. This process is an up and down. But the cool thing is, thanks to all the help we have here, we are going up far more steps than we are going down. I can already tell it is all adding up... Sooner or later we'll reach the top again. And we have each other every step up (and sometimes down) on the path! Please feel free to get my info, I'd love to talk to you!

Peter, thanks for being so supportive. It really means a lot to have someone telling me I'm going the right direction with my energy.

Last night I went to bed at 10. I haven't gone to bed at 10 since I was, um... in middle school, I believe. And it felt pretty amazing. I've been trying to cut down 15 minutes every day. I usually went to bed at 3am. (I worked at a bar before I realized I had Morgs.) I'm not down to a 10am pattern just yet. I just happened to be super tired from working yesterday. However, once I get my sleep pattern down to 10 every day, I know that will help. Plus, it will give me a lot of time in the day to get things done!

I also wanted to mention how amazing habits have been for me. Some of the things I have been doing have become almost like a ritual.

For instance, I allllllways carry around lemon water. I know it helps, and there's something affirming about carrying it around. It's like sunshine in a bottle. Ha ha. Lately, I've been putting Cayenne Pepper back into it.

Two things I LOVE which I never thought I would. The first one is Cleaning! Yeah, I totally love going around the house with my Vinegar-water0peppermint oil-clove solution and spraying everything clean. I usually listen to the conference calls while I'm doing it. I put quite a bit of drops of oil in the vinegar, so it actually feels like aroma therapy. Also, cleaning is not just getting my studio apartment clean, it also symbolizes me cleaning myself out of this disease. Because that's what we are doing when we clean our home. We're cleaning our HOME!

The other thing I really never thought I would love are vegetables. I don't think I've hated any of the vegetables I've bought so far. And who knew that I liked brussel sprouts! (Not me, that's for sure.) I usually eat my vegetables with some organic soup or some sugarless organic tomato sauce. Totally delicious.

I do miss my sugar, though. I actually had a dream today I was eating a cupcake. Ha ha ha. And a few days ago I almost grabbed a chunk of Velvet Cake and stuck it in my mouth. One of my friends commented that I looked possessed while I stared down the cake. I didn't eat it though! I think I'm at the peak of my cravings for sugar. I think that it means that I'm starving these guys off. They know I'm no longer messing around, and now they are getting desperate. Hence, the cravings. However, I'm not giving in to the cravings, not one tiny bit. If I ever feel a sugar craving, I've noticed the stevia suggestion found on this website helps. Also, for some reason lemons help, too. (I'm starting to notice that things taste sweet that I've noticed before. Also kind of strange and cool is that my sense of smell is getting better.)

Some more news: I talked to Mel again today. (How the heck does he have the time to make personal calls to each of us? I'm so impressed by this, does he stop time or something magical like that? Three words sum up my thoughts: Super Human Powers.)

After the call, I applied to He Cures All Foundation. (For some reason I thought that it was the tab you find here. After I talked to him I realize the website is literally separate from this website. )

Even if I do get approved, I heard there's a waiting list for the foundation, so I'm going to take Mel's recommendation and take another day on at my part-time serving. Running around serving is much harder with these things in my system. But at least I'll be able to start the protocol! I'm really looking forward to battling them even harder.

Things that have stopped since my diet:
Biting Sensations
Red strings coming out of my body
My fog is gone

Things still there:
Twitching
Crawling sensations in me
Sometimes I release the black or white specks but not much anymore

Mel warned me this stuff will come back once I start protocol because I will be killing them and preventing them from breeding.

Big hug to everyone!
