I posted to you before but I don't think it was ever uploaded. Anyway, thank you soooo much for this post today. I have been feeling extremely depressed too for the last 2 days and while simultaneously staying focused by keeping positive about my healing (because now I KNOW I can't let stress get to me as it can destroy what I am working toward) it has been really hard on me none the less.
I appreciate you sharing here and you having my back. I too had a toxic lifestyle before getting M and was totally addicted to sugar. Your milk story is crazy. I was even tempted to try it but I have a really bad bug phobia and that could be too scary for me. Milk!?
I hope you keep posting even though you may want to keep it all in. Definitely keep reading past posts for info and keep writing and expressing what you need to - wherever. Sounds like you are having a lot of breakthroughs mentally and that's a great place to be!
What is going on with you affording the protocol? How are you doing with that? I love when you said "They may have woven themselves into my flesh, but they will never get to my spirit." and that was very powerful to me. Some days I feel like they do get to my spirit, but the difference is we can allow or not allow it!
We have very little control over where they are in our bodies or having them leave when we want them to.. but you are focusing on where our control lies and that has inspired me to do so today as well. Thank you. Feel free to contact me any time. I hope to read from you soon!
