Just want to share something that I hope will help. I can remember days, on occasion, being really emotionally “off” in a very strange way. It’s hard to put my finger on the pulse of the feeling. It just didn't make sense because I was already well into remission. Then, all of a sudden, I would just drop back in on myself. Almost like flipping a switch. The thing is, these happened after I knew I was well. This challenged me to figure it out. Here is what I think.
I see it as hormonal flux. Its part of the way we come back into balance. Since we accept that endocrine function alters with co infection, this makes sense.
So, oddly, emotional swings mean you are getting well! Really good news, no? Remember, it happened to me later in my recovery. So you know you are moving forward. Your endocrine system is coming back into balance. It's a good thing!
Strength and Love, Peter
