11:34:22 PM | Gah! So I threw my pasta sauce out after I saw your post, Twiggy. I should have remembered that tomatoes are technically a fruit! Anyway, done with it.
Also, I'm totally emailing Mel after this post. I'm so down to keep in touch with you and Shari. That will help so much.
I've been strictly following the diet and cleaning and have had two really good days. I started pushing things out again, but my fatigue and sick feelings are gone for the moment. Not sure how long this up will last, so I tried to get through as many personal tasks as possible now that Im feeling better. Im hoping getting to sleep early will continue to help.
Ive also been more motivated to follow through with my life hopes and dreams lately. I took my wellness foregranted, and now understand that it was a gift I should have appreciated.
Who am I to say my dreams are too crazy anyway? Hell, after getting this insane-seeming disease , I know so many good things must be possible, too.
I need to do more with my life. I guess feeling sick for 18 months is better than wasting a lifetime and reaching my 90th birthday with zip. What a tragedy that would be.
Another thing for me to be grateful for.
