Affirmations and faith have been so helpful to me in getting through so much!!! You can literally change your life by affirming it so, faith is beautiful .. Be that beautiful I am precence .. I am healthy! I am aligned with spirit , my creator loves me , I am supported by the universe , I am love , I am loved ... I AM is powerful .. Works for me most of the time ;-)
Get rest , eat good veggies , take your protocol, and then get more rest if and when you can ... Build yourself up ;-)
