As I progress towards complete health and wellness, it uplifts the spirit to know others are also. I have experienced highs and lows,however I do not give up on faith and hope in God.

i am reading all this and it makes me cry, because they are helping others. I live in Fl and i wish that i could talk to somebody, what is my body & mind going tru.
