My brother is your age in spirit (and likely in mind) and anyways I just wanted to chime in on what the others have had similarly said before me, which may seem totally redundant but its all true and I believe we are becoming a community of truth tellers and light bearers. I'm not gonna tell you what to do, instead I will tell you what I did. Definitely the first place that I started was to begin reading the FAQ page. Super important and it let me know what to look for and how to start. Also, I was reading these forums from page 24 to current. There is so much information on this website regardless of what direction you choose to go in terms of protocol with this. I am so sorry to hear you are going through this, Victoria. IT IS HEARTBREAKING to read (especially with school and I know cuz I had to quit my classes when I got this) and yet, know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. There is still hope for you. It doesn't have to get worse without any remedy for you. The posts and past stories of others who had this was a great help and inspiration to me! These help not only with diet, but also with cleaning, symptom checkin and how to deal with doctors, family, and friends, hell it even slightly helped with how to keep from the fear grabbing hold of me sometimes, crazy amount of scriptures to study and speak life over me and a lot more! If you are interested you can see my story and my posts on here, too, the first one is me scared, freaked out, suicidal and losing everything; yeah, that was me in August of 2014. It was called "Reluctant Warrior seeks HELP!!" and my second thread now (in healing and growth!) is now called "This is the year I get well!" I hope this can be the year for you too! =D You know what? My fiancee and my best friends are both 24 and they got well quickly. I believe with youth on your side it is gonna be a slightly easier road if you are open to advice from the older ones (in healing, not necessarily their age) and making certain changes; sure sounds like you are. I'm not gonna lie to you, after 3 years of being with this; I want you to know that it most certainly takes more time doing it this way! But what I have found by researching is that restoring the immune system is the way back from this disease. Well, I'm like writing a book here, but anyways, if you want to talk we are here.. =) I will be praying for you, Shari |
