If it will make you feel any better both my fiancee and my close friend have this and they are in their mid twenties. Bot had crawling, both had it everywhere and they also had specks and a number or other symptoms.
They are healing a lot faster than I am and are now showing almost no symptoms. You will beat this! Study for your test , M is not going away if you do nothing. But also on maybe your "breaks" read the forums and read some more in your off time!
