Susan 5/27/2014 11:30:01 PM | Hi, everyone! I'm having sort of a hard week with the Morgellons and need advice. It seems as though it is getting worse the last few days. I'm seeing the larger organisms again and they're all over me, biting me again. I'mean eating chicken mostly, some fish and some hamburger meat (grass fed), lots of veggies, mostly raw or juiced, limes, granny smith apples, and spelt. My breakfast is homemade granola bars, made with almond flour and almond butter, manuka honey, coconut oil and nuts and seeds. I drink a protein shake with it, made of almond milk and egg white protein. I also make chocolate zucchini bread with almond flour and spelt, sweetened with stevia and xylophone. I'm doing the full protocol and am up to 5 drops of MMS. Does anyone see anything that I'm doing that is possibly hurting my recovery? I still haven't talked to Mel, so I don't know how to proceed. I'd love to talk to someone. Thanks! Susan |

Peter 6/24/2014 2:36:07 PM | Hi Susan I just wanted to share that sleep disturbances are not uncommon. When I woke up and had trouble getting back to sleep, I looked at it as a good thing. I suggest that you should also. It convinced me that my adrenal fatigue was reversing. My body was just flipping the energy switch back on at the wrong time. It means you are moving forward. Try to use this as a tool. Journaling and reading the Bible were my choices. By the way, the evolved protocol directs us to take our Magnifical before bed. Sometimes, our bones send calcium into tissue to reverse excess acidity. The Magnifical helps move calcium from soft tissue back into bone, where it belongs. This actually helps the muscles relax which then leads to falling sleep. I have also worked with people who have shared that the Logos Sleep Advance helped them significantly to promote deep sleep. It contains additional Magnesium together with Melatonin and Phellodendron Root. And it is safe to use with this protocol. Hope this is helpful. Peter |

I'll try a product I used at earlier stages, when I couldn't sleep because of the crawling, etc. It's calles Relax All. I was hoping the sleeping part had been resolved. I'll try the Logos product if the other doesn't work. Thanks again! Susan |
