Hi Susan

I just wanted to share that sleep disturbances are not uncommon. When I woke up and had trouble getting back to sleep, I looked at it as a good thing. I suggest that you should also. It convinced me that my adrenal fatigue was reversing. My body was just flipping the energy switch back on at the wrong time. It means you are moving forward. Try to use this as a tool. Journaling and reading the Bible were my choices.

By the way, the evolved protocol directs us to take our Magnifical before bed. Sometimes, our bones send calcium into tissue to reverse excess acidity. The Magnifical helps move calcium from soft tissue back into bone, where it belongs. This actually helps the muscles relax which then leads to falling sleep.

I have also worked with people who have shared that the Logos Sleep Advance helped them significantly to promote deep sleep. It contains additional Magnesium together with Melatonin and Phellodendron Root. And it is safe to use with this protocol.

Hope this is helpful.
Peter

Twiggy,

I have tried Melatonin and it doesn't help. I'll try a product I used at earlier stages, when I couldn't sleep because of the crawling, etc. It's calles Relax All. I was hoping the sleeping part had been resolved. I'll try the Logos product if the other doesn't work.

Thanks again!
Susan

Be careful with carrots as well, for those are high in sugar! There are some recipes that are better for way later on when you're able to tolerate more sugar, I'd keep that in mind.
As for sleep, everyone has sleeping problems between being fatigued for hours and sleeping forever, and sometimes it's impossible to sleep! It happens to the best of us, it tends to cycle too. I use melatonin every night at the same time to make sure I can fall asleep and relax easily, I hear Logos also has a sleep advance formula that works wonders for sleeping AND anxiety.
