I have tried Melatonin and it doesn't help. I'll try a product I used at earlier stages, when I couldn't sleep because of the crawling, etc. It's calles Relax All. I was hoping the sleeping part had been resolved. I'll try the Logos product if the other doesn't work.

Be careful with carrots as well, for those are high in sugar! There are some recipes that are better for way later on when you're able to tolerate more sugar, I'd keep that in mind.
As for sleep, everyone has sleeping problems between being fatigued for hours and sleeping forever, and sometimes it's impossible to sleep! It happens to the best of us, it tends to cycle too. I use melatonin every night at the same time to make sure I can fall asleep and relax easily, I hear Logos also has a sleep advance formula that works wonders for sleeping AND anxiety.

Hey,

Has anybody experienced a change in sleep since starting the protocol? I was sleeping really well when I began and 6 weeks in, I am starting to either not be able to fall asleep, sometimes for hours, or wake up at 4:30 or so wide awake. (Going to bed at Midnight)
