I've read your plea for help. I am so new to this myself, just 4 weeks in, that I really don't know how to help you. Until someone with some experience contacts you I can only pray for you and tell you to "trust in the Lord, with all your heart" and pray, He will comfort you! I can also tell you how frantic and scared we all were, sometimes all that panic returns. However, I have found, that the more I panic the worse it is. Panic only makes me stress more and I believe stress is what got me here. In the mean time just read as much as you can (that's what I was told) I'm sure someone will contact you soon.
