I will not charge you. #1 Property located in Brooklyn 3 bed/1 bath 1300 , has a decent stove and fridge , some light in it and it looked pretty clean, newer tub from what I saw, located in zip code 11225 Baseboard heat , full bath, 1 yr lease, full basement, water is included, school district is community 17 Of course you will have plenty of time to think about which school later. Pricetag..1300 #2 Halsey Street 2 bedroom , one bath, $1275 This one was also bright, but not as nice in my honest opinion... (smalllll)very! #3 Has an elevator and a doorman! Safe area, with easy walk-in access,very modern and eclectic, it was shown furnished , and had floor to ceiling windows on the east wall, views of the city. Not too bad for a mid range apt, but again, this one I did not like as much as the first , for functionality. It seemed quite small too.
