1300 , has a decent stove and fridge , some light in it and it looked pretty clean, newer tub from what I saw, located in zip code 11225 Baseboard heat , full bath, 1 yr lease, full basement, water is included, school district is community 17
Of course you will have plenty of time to think about which school later.

This one was also bright, but not as nice in my honest opinion... (smalllll)very!

Has an elevator and a doorman! Safe area, with easy walk-in access,very modern and eclectic, it was shown furnished , and had floor to ceiling windows on the east wall, views of the city.
Not too bad for a mid range apt, but again, this one I did not like as much as the first , for functionality. It seemed quite small too.
