Mel, your post was so perfect.
So understandable about the gentle process we
morgies have to go through to get started.
Our systems have been fighting so much and often
we forget 'Easy does it'
A- I did exactly what mel said as my system is very sensitive.
I am now on 8 drops at night and in the 5 wk cycle I am on 5 drops am and 8 drops nite.
