I was just prescribe then about a month ago after trying to explain to my doctor things I saw going on with my body. She said that I was probably just stressed and needed to get my mind off things and to take one before bed. LOL! As I have been going hard at this and also too dropped things cold turkey...because I am so focused on beating this thing, that none of them mattered.
My only battle is I am being challenged with the rest part. My day is so full....with children, cleaning, cleaning and more washing and cleaning! :*( errands in between, homework with the twins, I stress over everything they do because life just doesn't seem the same any more and I just want them to be safe. By the end of the day 'I am EXHAUSTED" and I have tried to going to bed without it, and have most nights but on those nights I'm restless thinking about my body and the disease and my mind doesn't seem to shut down.
I have a question about the protocol. The Bactrim and Oregenal oil was not included. Do I need to order this? Am I messing my process up? Frustrated because I'm reading and listens some of it I just don't quit understand. :*(((((
