Hi Twiggy,
Welcome to the Forum and the Website,

Dealing with anxiety and fear are a big part in the beginning but as you work the protocol, and the diet you will begin to heal and feel better, and better. Progress happens in months and it is by no means a straight shot there are ups, and downs. You will soon be enjoying more ups and less downs hopefully!
Another key component of getting well is attitude. It seems you have the right attitude to beat this stuff. That is so key! It takes diligence but you will get there! Just know you can and will get better!

As far as environment goes as you begin to work the protocol the bacterial/fungal/viral/heavy metal load will reduce in your body, and in your environment. Peter swears by kleen green as an enzyme cleaner for cleaning the environment. I have been reading abit lately on natural cleaners as apposed to harsh chemicals, and I think I may have stumbled onto something really helpful.

People with morgellons or other hyper toxic conditions, as well as healthy people ( don’t need all the harsh cleaners which are nothing but toxic chemical messes that poison the body and the environment) its best to stick to natural cleaners like: vinegar, borax, and baking soda! If you’re really lazy you can find decent cleaners usually at health food stores.

I found a real gem related directly to your question, which might prove really economical, and be very, very helpful if you’re looking for an enzyme cleaner cheaply:
Theres actually a recipe on the internet by a woman named Tina who makes her own enzyme cleaners and such for relatively cheap I’ll link you to it. It’s a recipe you can make yourself and save money.

My guess is clean green is similar to the above mentioned items but I have the feeling its cheaper to make it yourself. I’m going to make a batch in the coming weeks and see how it works.

I myself just use abit of vinegar mixed with water for cleaning and also I liberally use Doctor Bronners lavender soap on the floors kitchen and everything. Its pretty effective as well but I’m really interested in the homade enzyme cleaners now haha! I think use of D.E inside is not that effective personally, it may help some people but it’s just messy to me, and I had bedbugs that literally laughed at it when I spread it around the house. DE is not my cup of tea but I know it helps people so I wouldn’t dissuade its use. I just never got much success with it.

So to answer your question bluntly:
Will DE help clear your environment of morgellons: “No, because morgellons is an internal problem first, once you get your bioterrain under control your environment will be much more manageable, DE for me just makes the environment more messy!”

Diet related question! Okay you definitely need to start eating eggs! I’m not sure how long you have been veggie fasting but maybe a week or two max is all I would go on that. Your body needs protein and the different amino acids in eggs and from meat and even red meat. Eating only veggies is cleansing in the short term but the body needs other things like good fats in olive oil, coconut, avocados, nuts and seeds and protein and some carbs. Eggs are great because they supply allot of sulfur compounds that morgellons seems to dislike and they also are one of the only natural food sources of vitamin D. Everyone’s body is different but the common thread seems to be gut dysfunction, and Candida overgrowth. So different varieties of Candida diets are often implemented. I tend to eat only veggies because my body does better without grains but I do allot of good fats and proteins and lots of veggies, It follows around the theme of a paleo diet high in raw foods but also cooked veggies lean meats, eggs, nuts and seeds. I can tolerate some grains but they don’t seem to provide me with much and were stalling my healing. As you get better you can add things back in as your gut heals but it takes time.
Know the cause by Doug Kaufmann has a helpful website that has a pretty good info on a Candida type diet
That has helped several people. There are a few others out there. Organic food typically is better; this winter produce has been so poor all I have been buying is organic lately. I had onions rot in two days that were not organic. I’m so over buying crappy food lol! Anyway there are a few different diets and paths to healing overall you don’t want to weaken your body any further you want to put good stuff in and let toxins come out. You will probably find what you tolerate and can’t tolerate will change as your body heals but starting out any kind of sugar is playing with fire. As your Candida lessens (this can take many months to a year) you will be able to tolerate a few other things but go slow it all takes time. Slow and steady
I would also recommend checking out the recipe section on the website!

Have a Sunny Day!

Justin :)
