3/21/2014 1:59:51 PM | Hi Twiggy Destressing your life is super important when it comes to dealing with this try to get a routine of sorts together that can support you in the days when your too tired to think outside of the box let that routine be a safety net. Try to simply what your doing with you diet, early on it can be boring, but pretty comforting knowing you have that salad for lunch already prepped or your meds sorted out for a week ahead of time. I still eat eggs for breakfast everyday with some type of cooked or raw veggie spinach asparagus or cooked green beans red peppers, a salad for lunch every day with some type of protein and fat. I just mix it up with dinner. Some weeks I’m feeling more creative I might do more creative things for lunch or breakfast to break it up but otherwise the less variables in there starting out it just feels more reassuring. Almond milk is pretty decent to drink just get the unsweetened kind. Coconut flour and almond flour are both pretty benign try making a loaf of coconut bread once a week to satisfy the baker in you. Eggs I’m pretty sure you can’t over consume them you can have more if you like. Your still in the very early phases take it slow eat a handful of almonds throughout the day try to avoid totally binging on the things its hard I know… I can eat a whole jar of almond butter if I’m left to my own devices lol You probably need a few carbs for your adrenals to function try buckwheat see if you can tolerate that, I think its probably the most benign pseudo-grain out there. You can find it as kasha in the middle eastern section of most grocery stores its not as high in carbs as quinoa is. The one candida website I’m on it’s the only pseudo grain they recommend they are even against using quinoa as its too starchy. I’m thinking of adding it back to my diet and see how I tolerate it as a stand alone. This maybe be is a no brainer but try finding a source for clean pure water, eg countertop filter or perhaps buying distilled water at the store to drink. All liquids in fruits and veggies are in a distilled state and juicing is basically drinking distilled water with tons of organic minerals and vitamins. There is allot of disinfo about distilled water I don’t believe it. It apparently has the ability to draw crap that doesn’t belong in your body out of it because its negatively charged and it clings to inorganic minerals the body doesn’t use which are positively charged. Old ladies end up getting rid of their arthritis and heart disease on it. The renowned gerson cancer clinic only recommends drinking distilled water, as far as I know its simply pure water and theres allot of interesting testimonials as far as I know regarding using distilled liquids, eg juicing, distilled water ect I wish I knew this stuff in the beginning so I just started on it lol. Maybe look into that as well. Do the best you can everyday no rush you got this :) I can manage to afford mostly organic thanks to my resident trader joes thank goodness for that store and in the summer the farmer market. I just got to my own personal rubicon where I was like I deserve the best aaaaa I can’t take another moldy rotted onion. Then I discovered trader joes organic onions and they had like think skins on them that were just so strong and amazing and I just couldn’t go back. This is not a plug for Trader Joes but seriously I freaking love their onions. Try getting some sunlight on the face everyday vitamin d is super key in fighting this stuff I think, I feel so much better if I get a little sun everyday. Pure water, Pure food, Sunshine NO STRESS!!!! :) I’m not sure about the msm question I’m going to ask. All the best ? Justin |
