Sorry I have been so late on responding, I've been reading and reading and just so fatigued but busy lately. I find that I am having some good days and some bad days already. Before, it was just bad days. Now some days I have energy and push myself to do a little extra! Feels wonderful knowing I'm on the right path, but there's never enough time in the day. I try to rest as much as I can though. Rest is key for me or else I get all swollen, red, and moody.

Wow, eggs make such a difference for me already! I've been having two eggs for breakfast along with a raw vegetable on the side. No bad reaction to eggs and they give me some substance to get through the day! As for the almonds, yeah, I kinda did an overload on them and need to back off. I got too excited over them because of how much I love them. I think I may have had a reaction to those simply because I overdid it. Also, I'm going to try roasting them in some zylitol (not sure how to spell it) and some cinnamon like the candied nuts recipe so that they may be easier to digest and only eating about a handful a day. I always make my own almond butter and I have to stop for a little bit because I can't control myself around it sometimes and just take a spoon and eat it like I used to eat peanut butter lol. So Im going to hold off for a little bit on some of the almonds, just for a few days, then reintroduce them back into my system. I also have been following my breakfast with a huge salad for lunch. I need to go to the store and get some olive oil for that, I used lemon juice and some spices. In between meals I usually have one or two lemons or limes a day. Man, I need to go to the store for a lot of things today and it's sunday and I woke up so late. Bad day for being fatigued. For dinner I make sure I have some cooked or raw veggies and try to add some garlic and coconut oil in there. I haven't quite got dinner down pat yet since I need something filling usually and I'm not sure my tolerances. I do want to try some meat but I'm not sure what meat to start out with once a week!
I don't know about introducing myself to buckwheat just yet- I've never been a carb eater and if I have issues reacting to almonds, then I'm almost positive anything near starchy would set me off. Maybe I should try a handful of pumpkin seeds or walnuts instead. I've been thinking about making some chia pudding to try. I've been making milkshakes out of avocados and almond/coconut milk every night and either using vanilla stevia or pumpkin pie spice to make them quite delicious. This satisfies my cravings for sweets soooo much. Mmmm after dinner dessert milkshake. I could drink them all day if I could, lol. Any other ideas for some snacks or desserts that would help me besides the recipe section would be great, I do create big, anti candida healthy meals but being around the house with all of these snacks... well, I never break the diet but I am a snacker. I have will power of steel, but sometimes... well... So I sit there and tend to stare at those almonds like "oh no... they're calling my name!" And just torture myself and chew on some broccoli or cucumbers. I definitely need a snack I can go to town on that I enjoy, that I won't feel so guilty about... I just want all of the almonds! Ugh.
Soooo, my juicer broke this week. My birthday is next week, on the 27th. I'm lost without my juicer and my food processor is ancient. I'm hoping my parents would be gracious enough to buy me that super expensive ninja blender that blends AND juices. I would have a ball... the happiest little Morgy on the planet creating the finest recipes and anti candida milkshakes. ;) I already made almond fudge, I have like, a little nibble once a day. But once again I don't want to just snack on JUST almonds. And hopefully for my birthday I want to order some MMS and another logos nutritionals kit, I already have my support kit here waiting.
Already ran out of kleen green so I ordered another bigger bottle. Oh no! What am I going to clean plastic covered pillows/bed off with now every night so I can feel comfortable that it's clean? I've been vacuuming my room every day and usually I mop with kleen green and wipe my walls down with it as well as my bathroom. It has been working like a charm for me, I even use it as conditioner and spray it on myself as Peter suggested. I sprayed a dab in my hair and left it on overnight. The buggies didn't like that but I could already feel my hair less wirey the next day almost like it was starting to feel like my real hair again... it was miraculous! So, I've just been vacuuming and spraying some home cleaner in my room since last night. Fingers crossed that the lovely bigger bottle of kleen green gets here soon, I want to have a lovely soothing kleen green bath.
I've been drying my clothes out on the clothes line outside. I'm not sure how to clean my dryer so I don't want to use it since my whole family uses it and I'm scared of my clothes getting re infected after I did all of that work to wash it in the MMS solution. :( boo.
I wish I had trader joe's around here, it's less expensive and open more hours than my little organic food store. Plus tons more variety, but it's about a half hour away, maybe even 45 minutes. What a drag. It'd make my life so much easier.
Oh, and I only drink filtered water, my dad buys jugs of it for me, ten jugs at a time and we keep it in our basement. Thank god, I try to drink as much water as I can during the day, which isn't a lot for me, I'm very tiny so it's usually four or five cups at most. Some days it's three, my goal is to get to five cups of water every day. I notice less symptoms the more I flush myself out with water daily.
I bought some wormwood, clove, and tea tree oil at the store. Added it to my triple threat tea tree shampoo and my tea tree mint conditioner. Hopefully this will help a bit. I also put tea tree, wormwood, and clove in my coconut oil mixture every night when I rub myself down. Sometimes some oil or oregano too, that really draws em out. Arghh I need olive oil so I can add that to my coconut rub down and to cook with and put on my salads!
Anyways, that's my latest. Huge responses, I know. I either have too much to say or I'm too tired to say anything at all. Ups and downs, soon to be only up hopefully!
