3/20/2014 4:37:10 PM | Heya Eleanor, Yes, I know I freaked out at first, a big freak out for weeks and it did me no good. Relief has come to me with every little thing I add on the protocol to my every day life and brings me joy knowing I have found solutions to healing and help for this. When I first received my products from Logos to help my immune system, it was like a ray of light bringing me tears of joy as I opened the package. It was the first time I felt happy since I found out I was stuck with my ugly 'M' friends. Whenever I go to the store and buy my sulfur soap and peppermint soap, I get really happy too knowing I have this great information to help me in my every day life.(Plus there are other things I keep discovering in the health food store that just get me so excited- natural make up, tea tree treatments and shampoos, essential oils to burn, and some really neat and exciting things. I really really enjoy going there and wish I could just browse for hours. My happy place, haha.) It's been hard to try to listen to all of the conference calls since I'm around my family most of the time and they don't believe me nor do I want them to hear about it, so most of the time I'm silently reading in the forum to myself as much as possible. The conference calls do come here and there though when I try to sleep at night. When I'm not with family I've been doing my wash in MMS, it's so hard to do around my Dad's messy house. I don't have a laundry bag so I have to use a new plastic bag every time and be careful that it doesn't touch anything or my parent's piles of messy clothes with fibers in them around my laundry room. Its tough. Maybe I should wash a laundry bin with a lid out with kleen green and start using that? The MMS is great for my laundry! I added eggs in, man are they so good and I do crave them now that Ive had a little taste, haha. I want to eat eggs every meal! I don't though, I'm going to eat one or two with my breakfast every day. Tomorrow I'm going to try for an omlette, oh how I love recipes and making new things. My juicer broke, so I guess it's back to eatng veggies and salads! Lots of broccoli, cucumbers, onions, spinach, lemons, limes, and all of that goody good stuff! I NEED to try to the almond cookie or muffin recipe, I need my sweets somehow. I'll get there... gotta go pick up ingredients. I got my kleen green and scrubbed my room and bathroom, I have never felt so less anxious since this started! I slept like a baby, I showered knowing I could touch my floor and not be so prone to them the second I got out of the shower! I'm going to try a kleen green bath tonight after my vacuuming, such relief. My anxiety is blanketed by the all lovely kleen green knowing its by my side to kill the suckers from my environment. Muhahaha. Washing my playstation off in it and I get to relax and play video games now in my clean room knowing I can relax and I'm on my way. Thanks for the information Eleanor! I have so many questions and I'm sure my brain fog doesn't help as I'm trying to soak up with as much information as I can...so forgive me for any stupid questions. You were a big help though for my huge paragraph of questions! Also, I've been taking really hot showers to sweat and then I wash myself down with freezing cold water before I get out of the shower. That's okay to take hot showers, right? And I'm assuming it's okay to take a hot kleen green bath tonight too. I can't find a non gmo brand of coconut or almond milk... there's so delicious, pacific, and others. Some have guar gum in them or preservatives Ive never heard of before. Right now I have unsweetened almond milk from Pacific but it says it has rice starch in it. That can be bad, no? Hemp milk and rice milk are a no no too, right? I'm just trying to get my act straight so I can be on the road to recovery. I think I'm going to make my own almond milk and almond butter. I want to find a brand of coconut milk and cream for my recipes though. As for makeup and hair... that's what makes me so anxious. I'm a little punk girl, green mohawk, lots of makeup and heavy clothes and jewelry. So hard for me to watch my hair fade out into a greyish color and not be able to use any hair products to spike my mohawk. I just have an awkward looking flat hair cut right now shaved on both sides, hah. I'm going to look into all natural makeup and styling gels for later down the road, when I stabilize and I'm able to go out and do things. It's hard to find all natural makeup that I find comfortable with ingredients to put on my skin once in a while when I get back to going out a little bit. The same goes for hair products styling a mohawk. Hair dye is a no no until 18 months down the road... I guess it's time to let my natural hair grow in and give my hair a break. I bet it'll be stronger and more healthy from this break I'm giving it, I'm excited for that. ;) Thanks for the tips, Eleanor! It was really really helpful. I'm going to try and find sulphur 8 somewhere, I've been using the sulfur soap as a shampoo as well as on my body. And sometimes dr. bronner's peppermint soap bar, both seem to help. I also need to find a way to quit smoking cigarettes... I quit everything else. Bulimia, drinking, but I can't shake cigarettes. My vapology e cigarette broke and I think I need to invest in a new one so I can get rid of this icky tobacco smoking habit. The 'M' hate menthol, well I love me some menthol and I need to stop with that, haha! Also, being the little irish punk that I am and obsessed with Shamrock shakes and milk shakes and frappes, I have a recipe for a shamrock shake that us morgies can enjoy! Hazzah, a healthy shamrock shake that's delicious, who knew?! Now that is another happy place of mine. Creating coconut and almond milkshakes with stevia and avocodos, and natural extracts. Mmm, vanilla, pumpkin spice, mint. Most people lose weight, but because this rescued me from an eating disorder and I'm in love with my recipes and baked goods, I'm gaining a massive amount of weight! And for once, I don't care! As long as I beat the buggies, I will be fat and happy. ;) Guess what buggies... my new ways of my healthy and less stressful ways of living are coming for you! You are all so wonderful and helpful, helping me with my day to day life and saving my life each and every day, one day at a time. Boy, am I glad to have you guys. |
