4/21/2014 6:55:30 PM | Hello Twiggy and Tee I just wanted to respond with some things from my recovery which may be helpful for you two. Twiggy I find that a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a small glass of water after my meals really aids with digestion. Since I eat a lot of raw vegetables, I don’t really see portion size as an issue for weight gain. Instead, I think it becomes important to monitor your carbohydrates like oat meal and brown rice. Still, with Morgellons, weight gain is probably better than weight loss. I find that Cats Claw (as tea) is very good for facial swelling. Raw Rosemary in combination with other herbs should also help with general inflammation. Sunshine is VERY helpful for the skin. Apart from the benefit of UV light from the sun, the skin will then produce more vitamin D which should really help you in many ways. Finally, remember that as your MMS dose increases, so will your healing. You are doing so many things right! Keep it up and remain patient. This disease demands patience and consistency. Then, in time, the MMS and the clean eating will bring forth the results you long for. Stay in the fight and remember to develop relationship, through faith, with God. He will never forsake you or abandon you. Neither will those in this community. Tee I refuse to use Pharmaceutical drugs because I believe they may fuel the toxicity that is a part of Morgellons. I suggest that you avoid them whenever possible. Of course, there are circumstances that sometimes require that we take them. Early on, when I was really sick, I wore gloves. It’s a good practice when you are treating your skin or purging. Thankfully, I don’t need them anymore. They will keep you from direct contact with “stuff” like glitter. Seeing glitter is not uncommon. It means you are ridding your body of heavy metals that are very toxic. You may see red and green colors. Eating fermented foods like sour kraut will help to chelate these metals for elimination through urine and stool. Learn everything you can and become disciplined and patient and you will succeed! Strength and Love, Peter |
