Thank you Peter... that post really hit my heart and filled it up with some encouragement, which is what I need right now. Though, I am making huge strides and getting well as you can clearly tell and have pointed out, we all know I still have a ways to go! Thankfully, I am coming up on my sixth month on this protocol and the only real challenge I have currently is affording the protocol. Looks like I'm going to be off of the supplements until I can find the money somehow again. I have yet to find a job, but I believe a job is soon possible since my brain fog has lifted and my energy levels are ever so slowly coming back to me. So, cheer me on and wish me some luck with being creative coming up with some money and I have faith that the universe and He will deliver!
I've had to help out and celebrate a lot of birthdays this month, all four of my family member's birthdays are in August. Woo, it's tired me out one birthday after another. Still kept on the protocol and diet and I have not slipped up ONCE for the past 5 months on the diet. Not a single processed food or sugar has hit my tummy, I've remained 100 % diligent on the diet and I believe that is paying off for a speedy recovery.
I've also added non irradiated cayenne pepper to my lemon water. I drink this three times a day with meals so help give my metabolism that extra boost because of how terrible my digestion is.
I continue to tolerate dairy. Kefir, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, mozzarella cheese. That's pretty exciting for me. :)
I'm not scared of this disease at all anymore, and most of the time I feel blessed to know I am getting well and I am lucky enough to figure out how to reverse this disease! Looking at the future of healing, and how healthy I will feel and how beautiful I will look in a year from now, well, I don't think I will ever feel so proud of myself once I feel that this rough patch is over. I've always been a low self esteem, go with the flow, lay low kind of girl. Not so much anymore, now I have courage, I feel better than the average person knowing how brave and smart I can be, I speak up because there is no time in life to lose, and I have an opinion on everything! Talk about a one eighty personality switch.
I'm driving again, another huge miracle in my life.
Still chilling around the house in my pajamas avoiding the world a bit, I'm purging lots and lots of fibers and I have not hit my maximum dose of MMS yet. 23 drops, on sunday it will be 24 drops, wowza! Here goes nothing guys, onto month six and some more healing.
