Thanks sooo much for the helpful response Justin. :) Very welcoming and very informative!

As if I wasn't an anxious person and scared of the world enough already, this made my anxiety and depression shoot for the sky. I keep having my ups and downs, right now sadly it's mostly downs. I'm sure you all know that trapped feeling you get from knowing the long road ahead and what goes on with our bodies, it's the scariest thing that's ever happened to me. And the disbelief from others, including my family, has hurt me even more. I'm trying my best to keep my head up and just take it one day at a time. Other people may dub me as crazy or not understand, but I know for a fact of what I see and can not see, and how I feel. My worst symptoms are the chronic fatigue and just not being able to get up. Oh man, do I have to fight every day to get up and just do ANYTHING! I'm simply playing the waiting game and trying to keep myself busy from day to day trying to pass the time. Laundry, cleaning, researching, bathing is basically what my day consists of. Oh, and juicing of course. I didn't make as much juice today as I normally do since I had a lot of testing done for lymes and thyroid and basically everything else you could think of. Including a stool test, (ew, I know) so I needed to eat something of substance. I do cry a lot, but I also listen to uplifting music and it's making me sing and dance, giving me some great vibes. I believe great vibes are what's going to make me survive this, I need to find ways to keep my positive energy going! My brain fog is absolutely terrible, so hard to function, but I'm only a week into the protocol and I feel myself getting a little bit more focus back already, that's pretty exciting.

Ohh yes, the kleen green. I just ordered it on Monday so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will get here sooner than later. For now, I was looking for an alternative to clean my room. I tried the D.E. and it didn't seem to help me too much either. I gotta play the waiting game on that kleen green. I did look at the store for enzymes, but I wasn't sure at all what to buy! I was so confused and frustrated, didn't even know where to start. Went to the health food store and home depot. There were organic bug killers there that you spray inside the home, could that work? I can not wait to scrub my room down with some kleen green and hopefully sleep better at night just knowing I have a means of real cleaning!
As for the home made enzymes, I read up about something like that, doesn't it take months to make supposedly? Someone sent me a youtube video on it as well. I guess I'll have to go to the health store and get some of that Dr. Bronner's soap for now and continue vacuuming my room daily.

Now for the dietary part: Alright, got it, include some eggs in my diet. So maybe I should try to by start eating an egg daily or every other day? I ate one today as you suggested, man did it taste great! I see some of the recipes and I am a great cook and great at baking, and I absolutely couldn't wait to try them out! So, should I try one of them? I guess my question is, what shouldn't I start out with since I'm just on my first month? I really want to use coconut flour and almond flour, as well as the unsweetened coconut milk. I've read the diet articles and I'm just not sure what to start out with besides veggies, eggs, and avocados! I want to try home made almond butter too, mmm. I also tried eating some nuts as suggested- almonds. Oh my gosh did I pound them down since they tasted so good and I think I ate a little too much of them so maybe I should hold off on those. Once I start eating them I just can't stop! Are coconut four and almond flour considered grains? If so... I notice I don't take well to anything like grains. No brown rice, or quinoa, or most carb like substitutes are a no no for me as well. I've been drinking a lot of red roibos tea and a lot of water too. Some chamomile here and there. I ate a bit of pumpkin seeds today too, today was an unusual eating day for me. Im going to slow down on and stick to my veggies and start my eggs this week, THEN Im going to try a meat the next week, then some nuts the next instead of going crazy all at once. Suggestions for nuts maybe? I can have almonds and... walnuts, right? Gosh I need suggestions for a substitute for some kind of sweets that won't be so bad for me as a strict beginner to the protocol, but I'm not sure what! I see the recipes, I just don't know what deserts I should and shouldn't indulge in. Also, there are a lot of recipes on pinterest that I can try later on down the road for when I start to encorporate some things in my diet. It excites me, I LOVE to bake bake bake! It's hard for me to eat organic since I'm unable to work right now and my dad does the shopping. So, half the things he buys are organic and the other half is fresh produce for me, but not organic. Not eating organic scares me because of the mold and pesticides and of course he doesn't get it, nor believes anything I say. It's hard, but when I get the chance to, I do buy organic. All of my eggs are organic and most of the things I eat and juice are organic. He also bought me organic free range great quality meat for when I try to add that back in my diet soetimes. :) Woo! One great thing about this new beginning, is that I'm eating healthy as a horse. It's actually making me turn my life around. I was bulimic, so no doubt I had the weakest immune system ever. This stopped me in my tracks COMPLETELY and made me eat, eat, eat! I wouldn't have changed my ways if it wasn't for this. It saved me in a way, as weird as that sounds.

Also, I have to take care of my scalp since that's the worst place for the itchy crawlies and I dislike the feeling of my hair feeling like it's moving, I've been using a mix of coconut oil and olive oil with some tea tree oil in it after the shower, and usually leave it on overnight until I shower the next day. (I do the same to my body.) I cut my hair into a mohawk with some awesome bangs so it's so much easier to treat when I use my sulfur wash and peppermint soap. I'm also using selsum blue with menthol in it in the shower. I don't know if this is helping, and I can't take mms soaks in it or in the bath yet since this is my first week of the protocol! I've seen so many posts on scalp and hair... I'm not sure which one to go with. I just want to be able to do my mms soaks already and get the critters out. But I know slow and steady wins the race so, I have to wait five months into the protocol to start the mms baths, correct? There's just so much to do for your scalp on this website, I'm not sure what to go with.

I'm also wondering if I wait to take my MSN like I have to wait to take the extension kit- 30 days into the original protocol, right? Is that when I should start my MSN as well as the MMS and extension kit?

I'm sorry for the long post,I have so much to say and no one to say it to. I have yet to even begin telling you about the start of my journey but for right now... I just need some better days and my brain fog to be lifted even a tiny bit. Sooo hard to concentrate.

I'm excited that this made me evaluate my life and what I was doing with myself though. I've never quit smoking and drinking and bulimia so fast. AND now I'm even eating healthy and have time to think about what I was doing with my life! I decided that once I stabilize it's time to go back to school and get my priorities in order, I was always beating around the bush! I'm going to be a pastry chef, thank you 'M' for turning me around and making me rethink my life. ;) Things that catch you off guard or sweep you off your feet just make you see how precious life is, there is no time to waste!

It's late now, I have to muster up the energy to shower and take an hour to shower. Wah, so tired. Gotta keep going. I think I can, I KNOW I can!
