3/24/2014 9:35:42 PM | Thanks Ellen, My stress levels seem to go in and out. It's hard to keep fighting sometimes. I'm not really enjoying life per say, I don't leave the house too much because of the way I look. Loss of muscle mass, redness and inflammation in my face, I ALWAYS have coconut oil in my hair too which makes me look like a wet rat, lol. I mostly don't leave just because I can't get out of pajamas and I'm a little bit of an up-keeper, so to say, because of my makeup and mohawks. I feel so... different. I'm still looking into that all organic makeup with things that are good for my skin, so that I can have piece of mind if I need to go out once a week once I start getting energy back months down the road. And hopefully some great stuff to spike my mohawk that's organic too. I need to stop worrying about my looks for now though and focus on getting better so that I can work on my looks! I'm sketchy on trying henna hair dye... don't know if it's good or bad. These are the things that make me anxious all day. I just kinda want my normal life back. And I just gotta think... in the long run, I will! And my life will be better than ever with all of the things I'm learning about diet and my health and just sooo much to learn about things around me lately. I do want opinions on makeup and hair dye though, that's a toughy for me. I don't think I'll wear makeup any time soon, I'm too scared to, haha. I want my skin to heal. Which it will, and I will feel happy and glamorous. My anxiety all stems from how people look at me and how I look at myself. It stresses me out and I should be worried about my health, once again. :( I've been using wormwood and clove tinctures, I don't think those are the same as the essential oils that I asked for at the herb store. -_- Kinda annoyed about that and need to look into if it's helping or not. It has alcohol in it I think, I don't think I should be rubbing that into my skin. I used xylitol yesterday on some candied almonds, I had a few and they tasted great! Sadly, I spent an hour and a half making the special sugarless almonds for me and a decent amount of money... my grubby dad ate the whole pound all in one night while I was sleeping. He doesn't even need sugarless anything, he's in fine health! That made me so mad, I need my sweets to not cheat! I didn't have time to bake too much today, so fatigued. I did manage to whip up a batch of chia pudding to go with my eggs and asparagus in the morning though, we'll see how that turns out. My next big stop are the seed crackers posted on this website too. My main routine for the day, Justin's safety net suggestion, is very basic and it's takes me so long for me to do. Breakfast, laundry, vacuuming my room, meds, preparing food, and showering is what basically goes on in my life as I sit in my house on a day to day basis. I'm not complaining since I didn't have time to bake at all before or the energy, now I can at least muster up the energy to bake and even vacuum. I did get test results today, I don't have lymes disease or a thyroid problem and my liver and all internal organs are fantastic! I kind of wish I had something wrong with me so I could be treated knowing that that's whats so wrong with me or getting treated for lymes may have helped with something, I'm not sure. I was a bit disappointed when the doctor found nothing except: I have the lowest vitamin D he has ever seen on the face of the planet. So, he gave me a prescription for a vitamin D pill that's so rich in vitamin D that you need a prescription for it and you need to take it only once a week. I wish it would stop snowing so I could go for a walk and get some sunshine once in a while. I feel like that's key to me getting better. Natural, pure sunlight. Mmmm. I'm waiting for another order of kleen green in the mail so I can clean out my bin and start using that. And I'm excited for a kleen green bath and kleen green cleaning frenzy as well. :) Anyways, I'm going to post more later, I need somewhere to just update and vent a little bit more. But also a place to remind myself there is hope and to feel... at home. It's hard to feel comfortable sometimes in my own home, being on this website soothes that. I know I'll think of more things to post on later anyways. OH! And I don't think I'd try rice milk either... I'm still horrified of any starches so I'm also scared of buckwheat. I may stick to coconut and almond flour for now. I need to find a gmo free almond and coconut milk too, it's really buggin me. Blegh, don't have an avocado for tonight's milkshake either. That's okay though since I'm always overfull and starting to get a gut. Hah, at least we know I'm getting healthy, right people?! |
