Tee: I completely agree with Peter, I would avoid any pharmaceutical drugs as well. When I first started this protocol, I used to pop xanax like crazy. (alright, not like crazy, I was perscribed a high mg dosage three times a day though) and I felt that it was urgent that I stopped taking anything that was chemically adding to my toxic overload. I don't think it would help my healing if I stayed on xanax or my anti depressents. It was tough, but I quit a lot of things cold turkey as fast as possible and I became very cranky. VERY cranky. I still get really cranky about every other day, lol. Better to be cranky and healing than have my satisfaction in shameful habits and not healing whatsoever.
I've been doing the apple cyder vinegar drink three times a day, your advice is right on time Peter, I usually drink it during my meals. I think I'll try it after to aid my digestion!
I eat mostly raw vegetables as well. I don't eat any brown rice, or carbs like that. No quinoa, no nothing. I can't even go near any type of sqash so any type of oat or carb is a negative for me. If it's not raw vegetables then I'm eating cooked vegetables with a side of raw vegetables anyways. Or for breakfast, eggs, as always. I think it may be the tahini I put in my salads or the seeds and nuts making me gain so much weight? It's really not stopping and it doesn't feel too good to be gaining weight. :( You're right, better than losing a lot. It means I'm getting healthier and fighting my bulimia!
I've been soaking up the sun on my back deck, and I'm so pale that only two hours of some cloudy sunshine gave me a little bit of reddening on my face and forearms! It felt good though, I felt my skin soak it in like "MMMM, yes, I need this!"
I've been spraying Molecula Silver on my lesions, I don't notice any difference yet, but I just started it yesterday. I read somewhere that Sulphur lotion may help? I do use sulphur soap with aloe vera in the shower, my skin reacts well to it and my body seems to love sulphur and react quite well to it. Eggs give me energy and sooth me, as do the MSM tabs and sulphur8 shampoo, so Im thinking sulphur cream may help my lesions.
I'm making a trip to the store tomorrow since I'm out of almost everything! Yikes, and in that trip, I shall return with a lovely box of Cat's Claw tea along with my assortment of peppermint, red roibus, and lemon tea. :)
