9/5/2014 11:10:53 PM | Why hello out there fellow warriors, I feel like I've been quiet for too long! There have just been so many ups and downs in my life lately. But don't you worry, I have stuck to the protocol and the diet and will not falter. :) Well let's see, the ups and downs... between my family issues, my computer broke, and I have been helping take care of my two brothers and driving them places, I have been a little busy. I have also been going to the gym between three and five times a week. This week it was only three days since my body said "you need to rest and take it easy!" So I did. I have been sleeping for over twelve hours every night, truly helping me heal I hope. We found mold under the tile floor in my room (in the basement, of course) and also mold in the walls. This alarmed me a bit and I have been sleeping upstairs on my mother's hardwood floor, vacuuming it every other day and washing my blankets that i sleep on in mms of course. My father is taking up the tile and taking off of the paneling in the walls, and getting rid of the mold for me. Giving me new flooring and sheetrock. I hope in the long run that helps with my environment... no wonder I was sick, blegh! Nothing in my routine has really changed except for the fact that I am juicing a lot. My energy levels have been soooo up there, but these last few days it has been the complete opposite. I need my rest... I wish I could comment on all of the new posts I see and the new warriors, and when I get the time and enough time on a computer, I will. Just know that nothing goes unread and all of you help me every day in so many ways. Please keep posting and reading, guys. I need it, as well as others, and we can all benefit from it. :) Still purging away, quite a lot from my scalp and not so much from my skin. There's some days where I am so happy and hopeful, in the fight. Other days where I'm just off and want my "normal" life back. On those days I just stick to the protocol and think happy thoughts just to wait it out. I hope you all think happy thoughts as well. I have settled on my mms dose of 25. It's high, I know. I was surprised too. I am happy to be taking my first MMS bath soon, probably right after I get out of the dry sauna that I have been using at the YMCA. Sweating works wonders! Hope you all have a blessed week, and heal heal heal. |
