Not both at once, I just switch in between the two because I develop tolerances to both herbs easily. Also, if you need an upboost during the day for anxiety or depression, instead of depression meds there are also herbs that can help you, like St. John's Wort. That's how it was so easy for me to transition. Between the herbs, the teas, and the focus on food and preparing it, that helped me detox off of cigarettes/liquor/sugar/xanax/bulimia really easily. I know long, hard working days can be frustrating. Rest when you can and do not stress if you do not get all of your cleaning done at first, rest is more important. You can clean later when you're feeling better. Over doing it can stunt your healing. Try and remain calm, look up the herbs I told you to. You can find melatonin and valerian root at every pharmacy, as well as St. john's wort. The oil of oregano you can find at your local health food store, some pharmacies also carry it. As you read more on here, and work your way into the protocol, you will see how much less stressed you are and how much more energy you will get once you start mms, and it's only up from there! (with a few down moments since you get worse before you get better, but knowing your healing gives you the best feeling and gives you the focus and energy you need.) |
