1/31/2015 7:47:26 PM | Forgive me once again for taking so long between posts and not being up to date in the community. Let's just start off with saying that this foot is taking forever to heal! Argh, I'm going to be completely honest here... it's really dragging me back. I've been feeling these aweful winter time blues because we had a huge blizzard here and I've already been sleeping nonstop and unable to go anywhere or do much because of my stress fractured foot. It has made me take a step back from the world once again to try to remain calm and collect myself. I'm really trying to stay happy, live stress free, and trying to take care of myself. I guess I'm just a little worn down from trying to keep up with the cleaning, the laundry, the shopping, the showering, and doing things every day with this challenging broken foot. I'm missing work, I've been out for two months. I've been sleeping like a baaaaaby, it feels like I could sleep forever. I feel like my immune system is trying to supercharge itself for fighting M, and for healing my foot. Two big jobs, all at once. I think my body can handle this for as long as I have logos nutritionals vitamins and receiving all of my key nutrients from raw protocol approved foods. And of course, my fresh pressed vegetable juices which I drink daily. ;) I can never get enough leafy greens in my diet, I'm an addict! So basically, all is well here. I'm just at an all time healing period right now. Purging quite heavy from my scalp lately, and a bit from my skin as well. Still using my coconut oil and I even bought a gym memebership so I can do some light swimming and I try to go to the sauna whenever I have a free day. My family situation is improving, simply because the relationship with my mother is improving. She had some ongoing health issues that Ive been helping her with, and since I've been at home on the couch a lot like a gimp, we've spent a lot of time together. She's even starting to improve her diet (okay, only a little, baby steps...) and we're trying to get her off of all unprocessed food! As for the rest of my family... they all still kind of think I'm just having a freak out still and I keep my treatment and my habits under wraps from my whole household besides my mother. We are going to start cleaning out my old bed room this week, and most of the mold is gone, we just have to make sure it's not in the walls, so we can clean the rest up and restart my room. Which means a new bed, new carpet, new room color. Hopefully it will give me something to do while I'm out of this work on this foot. Because, man oh man, I need a hobby or something. My energy levels have been a little low and I have not felt like going out to socialize, I know I need my rest. Like I said before, I just feel like taking a step back from the world again, not because of disease, I think it may just be because of the winter time. Summer can not come fast enough. My mother is planning a vacation a few states away in April, I told her I would go with her. As long as I take my good old box of logos supplements, my mms, and my soaps with some pre-treated mms clothes I think I will be just fine. Maybe pre-prep my protocol food and pack it in a cooler, or just bring my juicer with me and juice. I've got options, it would feel good to do some traveling to celebrate a year and a month on the protocol. I'm more than up for it. My sleeping is going to continue, it's a deeper healing crisis for now. In March, it will be my birthday and I will have been on the protocol for one year. My one year posting is going to be very, very thankful.... if I posted everything I wanted to now, it'd just be too much. Thank you all for the support to keep on posting, I only wish to help heal others out there. Thank you mel for this beautiful website and finding the protocol along with john for me and others to be here today. Thank you everyone else who has posted, your knowledge and stories have guided me to where I am today. I am feeling beautiful, strong, independent, and loving. This website has truly saved my life. The people who make up this whole website, in fact, saved my life. |
