Cynthia 11/21/2014 4:25:07 PM MST | Hi Peter, My name is Cynthia and I'm really glad that you found the source of your problem. I have read all your threads and I can't wait for you to be 100%. Your day is coming and I rooting for you. Your a very caring person. I also have mold under a sink which I'm not very handy and I don't know how to get it out. I've been waiting for 6 months for housing management to fix it but I have been unsuccessful. I'm also waiting for a transfer to a 2 bedroom apartment. I don't know how long that will be. I've been on protocol for 3 months but only 3 weeks on MMS but I'm improving slowly. Hoping that 2015 will bring me a new place. I really look up to you and can't wait for you to be well. God bless! |
Peter 11/21/2014 12:01:46 PM MST | Hi folks I discovered some form of black mold behind my refrigerator this week. Mel and I discussed this and we both agree that this mold has likely played a role play in keeping me from reaching complete remission. We have always held that remaining in an apt. or in a home that has mold will keep us from reaching the finish line. We have no choice here. Remove yourself, or remove the mold, or you will remain sick. Luckily, I found it. I have removed the mold and I will now be aggressively cleaning walls, cabinets, floors, and ducting. I will make certain that I get it all. Here are the hard facts about mold. The EPA reports 30 percent of USA structures have mold. Ten percent of USA homes leak each year. After 48 hours, these leaks start creating mold. Hidden mold produces toxic chemicals on its spores that are harmful to adults and children in over 200 possible ways. Mold toxins can hurt virtually every organ in the body. Mold chemicals in the air may increase cancer, strokes, and heart attacks. And, because mold illness is absent from any medical training, even sincere physicians are often not able to diagnose it. The bottom line is that ignoring this common house threat can undermine your life, your child’s life, and others you love. I wanted everyone to fully understand that if your environment has mold, the chances of you getting well are not good. If you suspect mold, you must not ignore it! Godspeed, Peter |
mel 2/8/2013 9:40:04 AM MST | Congratulations Lisa on your progress! Yes you are making significant progress, both in managing your environment, your stress level and your health. As the new wave of warriors will attest, better out than in! Purging is a somewhat unsettling process, but very positive and necessary. As you continue to improve, remember how far you have come. When you have a bad day, remember how hard those long nights with leg cramps were. Keep looking up and pressing on. Be patient with the process. It takes time, but it works. This protocol is not just about Morgellons. It is about having abundant life and health despite the increasingly toxic world we live in. Concentrate on restoring your bioterrain and building a new life around healthy choices. Nurture and support your husband with those choices, and everything will work out just fine. He might not understand now, but as he witnesses your transformation, he will. We are all pulling and praying for you! God Bless; Never, Never give up Hope! Mel |
