We paid a company to Gut our Attic. It had alot of mold on the chimneys, and some on the plywood roof sheathing. Yesterday, my husband donned his Ty-Vek suit and gas mask and went up and sprayed everything with Sporicidin. That is the mold killer recommended By Dr. Shoemaker. This weekend, he is tearing out some studs and the flooring , to see what lies beneath that. It was hard to part with most of my treasures, but just like me.....a major purge. I am waiting for my LLMD to send my mold test results to me. Maybe today. We have not moved out yet. Waiting for Christmas to be over and still debating as to where to go. Mold is everywhere!On a sad note, my husband was in a minor car accident last night. No ones fault, parking lot mishap.Just another thing for us to endure. Staying on my diet and protocol....trying to rest and not cry so much has been hard. I never rest. It's just not who I am.The crying, well I can't control that either. Hoping to meet up with family at Longwood Gardens tomorrow. I hope I feel well enough as that is the extent of our Christmas get together. All of the holidays have always been hosted by me. I will be back there someday, I just know it! Ps.....excluding my LLMD, I hate all Drs! I know why they call it a practice now! Cheers to all, and getting well. Love, Lisa |
