Ahhhh the mood swings! Those have been the hardest to understand for me because I've always been quite moderate emotionally. Maybe even a little boring in that department. Not so much anymore! ;-)
Again, I think we just have to be easy on ourselves, understanding that it is all part of the disease and the journey to the other side of it. Even when others cannot understand we can offer ourselves that understanding. It sounds like you are doing just that and getting stronger with each passing day.
