Hi Ellen,

Can I ask you if thses breads have yeast in them? I have yet to find a yeast free bread locally by me. I was checking online, and the yeast free brown bread was $6/ loaf, but the shipping was $11!~ I can't afford that! I do eat Lundeburgs organic non gmo rice cakes with almond butter. Maybe I'm just not eating enough? Is there a portion limit?
