6:29:00 PM | Today last night I hit my maximum dosage of mms at 19 drops, Ive had a subtle but persistant headache over the past couple of days, and the nausea followed it up leaving no doubt that I had reached my max dosage.
I will take a few days off MMS then continue with my maintenance dose of 16 drops.
