3:46:34 PM | As a newbie just wanted to say that I have been on the protocol now for almost two weeks and the diet for three weeks. All is going well.
I value all the posts of everyone's experiences as they move forward since that gives me comfort in knowing the road ahead.I read all that time allows since keeping up with everyday cleaning keeps one very busy.
I was able to spend a few hours a last night with my great granddaughters celebrating Valentine's Day and know that better days are ahead when I can spend more time with them.
My neighbor who is keeping my food and and eye drops for me so that the creatures will stay out of them is a daily depressing experience, but I have decided to start saying a prayer for her every night so she can believe in life other than her own.
I have read where some are having issues with their scalp and have wondered about Kleen Green. I use tea tree oil shampoo for ten minutes and Kleen Green for fifteen minutes and the scalp is getting better...I also put my pillow in the dryer every morning along with the bug proof(?) pillow case.
God Bless everyone for all the support and experiences they share that makes my life so much more doable . |
