Oh dear Deborah, please forgive my misspelling of your name.

Jul: I will keep you posted on when I learn more about these complex pathways. It appears we have some things in common.

Blessings to all!

Caroline

Thank you all for your thoughts. Truly. I have had a really tough couple of weeks and apologize for not responding sooner. Debra, I do know of Ben Lynch and actually tried to consult with him. Unfortunately, he is not taking new patients at this time. So, I have decided to purchase the protocol (today! Yay) and will start very slowly with the exception of the liver supplements as I know that I can't handle NAC at this time. Coffee enemas are my friend for opening bile ducts. Lemon water, mini trampoline and apple cider vinegar is also wonderful.

I have prayed about this decision and it is clear that I need to do something more as my fatigue and sores are profound. Soooo, I will be writing in as soon as I begin.

Thank you all who have forged the road ahead of me.

Excellent advice Deborah.

Endocrine disruptions such as methylation defects and adrenal exhaustion can be very complex and challenging to unravel because there are so many interdependent pathways involved. Not surprisingly, there is considerable speculation and disagreement as to how to most effectively optimize methylation pathways and adrenaline synthesis while managing toxicity levels.

As you have demonstrated, finding a physician who is knowledgeable in this area can really be crucial for those who are affected. Mel's protocol offers an amazing array of foundational support that can be tailored to address one's unique challenges based upon feedback from testing and clinical experience.

As for our part, Logos will continue to seek and develop new tools to support life restoration and transformation, and I will keep you abreast of any new developments. Very soon we will be announcing the arrival of the seventh and final component of the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol which will be a life changing addition for many.

Love and Blessings,

John
