5:28:09 PM | Thank you all for your thoughts. Truly. I have had a really tough couple of weeks and apologize for not responding sooner. Debra, I do know of Ben Lynch and actually tried to consult with him. Unfortunately, he is not taking new patients at this time. So, I have decided to purchase the protocol (today! Yay) and will start very slowly with the exception of the liver supplements as I know that I can't handle NAC at this time. Coffee enemas are my friend for opening bile ducts. Lemon water, mini trampoline and apple cider vinegar is also wonderful.
I have prayed about this decision and it is clear that I need to do something more as my fatigue and sores are profound. Soooo, I will be writing in as soon as I begin.
