For me, the biting sensations have subsided a lot since I have been on the protocol, but I do get them still at times. I can't really tell you what they are. I try not to stress myself too much over these sorts of things and, in some respects, don't really want to know too much. From the beginning I have always stayed away from anything sensational to do with this disease.
Washing with MMS has really made a difference for me and I recommend that you do that straight away. Mel & others on this website have advised on laundry and he suggests 10 drops of MMS for laundry. I have a front loader so I can't soak my clothes in MMS in the machine. Instead I soak them in a big tub for at least 1 hr, in MMS. You need to be careful, though, as it can bleach your laundry a bit. I always make sure that it is totally mixed in running water, before I add clothes.
MMS is also good to soak in, in a bath or if, like me, you don't have a bath, you can spray yourself with it. I am not sure if this is a good ratio but I make up the spray with 20 drops. You should probably get a second opinion on this.
As for beginning to take MMS straight away - I can only tell you what I have done. I was on the protocol for 2 weeks before I started taking MMS - this was to strengthen my system first, before I began on the MMS.
Another thing you could do straight away is to work on refining your diet - and there's lots of information on that here.
I hope you are beginning to feel hopeful and positive and I look forward to hearing how you are going.
God bless you Nancy.
