Welcome- We have had in the not to distant past articles on diet in our forum. Give me a day or two to find them and I will then post there topic name and date.You must be willing to change your diet to insure you maintain your health.1 piece of cake in Sept. and two scoops of ice cream in Oct. should not hurt you.

Hi guys, I was wondering now that you are symptom free are you able to eat sugar and carbs without having problems? I am struggling to stay away from all fruits, sugar and most carbs. I am hoping some day to be able to enjoy a nice piece of cake or ice-cream without suffering later. We were very infested with bird mites at first, before Morgellons and are fearful of getting reinfested with any bugs. Thanks and God bless!
