A week on the protocol minus 3 days for Limbrel and M/silver. Limbrel was not in stock and didn't start M/silver b/c instructions that came suggested start MMS and wait 14 days to begin silver. Checked with Mel he said to jump right in so I did.

I did not mind the MMS at first but when I got to 10 drops I knew I was getting closer to my max. My max turned out to be 14 so I decided to go back to using 10.

Have more energy and require less sleep but today was the first day I really didn't feel good. I attribute that to the MMS. Whatever are still in my scalp and I still get bites and find eggs around my face. Lesions are healing but when I try to lighten up with the gel I get more small ones. I haven't been able to give up the gel yet because I don't want anymore on my face, nor arms back and bottom.

I ordered the peppermint spray and Aloe Vera Gel from Mountain Rose Herbs when I ordered the mentol Crystals, they were on the Oct special. So hopeing they can be used instead of my gel.

Does anyone remember how long it took till the fog lifted and the eye sight returned to normal? Linda

I found it very helpful to feel more comfortable about taking MMS after I read Jim Humble's explanation of what it does in the body and that after 1-1/2 to 2 hours in the body, its potency is practically nil. I think it is JimHumble.biz that has this info on it. After taking it all day long for a couple of months, I am glad to be taking it only once a day on Mel's protocol. It did make a remarkable difference in my energy level though. I always felt more energized and clear headed after taking it. My only challenge was taking it up to a dosage where it produced nausea, which just meant it was killing a lot of the pathogens in the body. Somewhere I read that as the dead pathogens pass through the liver and if enough of them get in there at one time, it causes nausea. Jim makes the point that the body will not let you be harmed by the MMS. If you take too much for your body to handle (process through the liver to eliminate from the body), you will throw up. The body is self-protecting. This happened to me twice. I hope this helps.
