pokys mom 5/4/2013 11:00:06 AM | Does everyone here eat only organic foods? I went shopping last night with my husbands help, and boy oh boy are they expensive. Also, do people eat meat? I bought some scallops, shrimp, and organic chicken for dinners. Today is not a great day. waiting to go back on the MMS is going to seem miles away. I am cleaning alot, and washing our clothes in it. |

Deborah 4/29/2014 9:06:51 PM | I rarely now have any light bites or tickles. I am on 13 drops now since my appendectomy in 1/2014 and started this protocol in June/2013. I started bone broth soup last week and can feel my healing really accelerating. Here is the ingedients for the soup: Organic grass fed beef soup bones (preferably from a local farmer), Meijers organic turkey broth, organic onions, organic celery, finger size peice of ginger, garlic, purified water. I cooled it off and skimmed most of the fat off of the top. I made mine in my pressure cooker and added Dr. Braggs vinegar, about 2 tablespoons to help release the morrow and nutrients from the bone. After I drank 2 cups at 2pm I literally could not keep awake, so I drink it at night and sleep like a baby. I also feel like my strength is increasing. You can vary the recipie to your taste but use organic and grass fed. I also had read that this healed someone with muscular sclerosis. God Bless! Deborah |
