Nicole 5/30/2013 6:13:08 PM MST | Honestly Lisa ... In the begining I had a memebership at my local gym and used their dry sauna religiously which helped me purge fungal hairs quick and fast. I would shower twice a day. I would use those sticky lint rollers on my clothes getting ALL the junk off, so time consuming but helpful. I'm glad you have the resources to allow you to have the Kleen Green! I vacume often.. change sheets, lint roll them.. I now use an infared sauna at my chiropractor who allows me to use his free of charge because he knows some of my struggle..I do use coconut oil, but when I get a rash hydro-cortizone helps. Also I soaking my white towels in bleach. I have an extra MMS this month so I'm excited to use it in my clothes and begin spraying directly on my skin! I'll tell you how that works for me:) I personally lint roll the heck out of clothes & I think it helps with what doesn't come off in the wash.. I don't get that much itchies,bities & pinching at this point, I do still have fungal hairs & fuzzies purging a bit but less and less.. I tell you persistance pays off, I think i heard someone on here say slow and steady wins.. It's true :) Love, Nicole |
Pokys Mom 5/29/2013 1:52:38 PM MST | Thanks for the positive words Nicole. I was using the MMS for the wash. Still had the itchies , so the guys suggested a capful of the Kleen green. I had been adding borax and Dr. Bonners after the initial MMS soak. I tried this new thing today...will let you know. What do you use on your skin nicole? just coconut oil, or do you add stuff to it? You're here,working the protocol, making connections with people that really care about you and your wel being! Your doing it!!! One small thing .. from my understanding MMS put in a small 8oz water bottle is very effective in skin treatment, just spray directly on,focusing on trouble spots.Eventually you will have to replace your plastic spray bottle,due to MMS wearing the plastic away. Also MMS is very good for washing clothes.. So for those who can not afford Kleen Green, like me -MMS is equally as good! Love, Nicole |
