I would shower twice a day. I would use those sticky lint rollers on my clothes getting ALL the junk off, so time consuming but helpful. I'm glad you have the resources to allow you to have the Kleen Green! I vacume often.. change sheets, lint roll them.. I now use an infared sauna at my chiropractor who allows me to use his free of charge because he knows some of my struggle..I do use coconut oil, but when I get a rash hydro-cortizone helps. Also I soaking my white towels in bleach. I have an extra MMS this month so I'm excited to use it in my clothes and begin spraying directly on my skin! I'll tell you how that works for me:) I personally lint roll the heck out of clothes & I think it helps with what doesn't come off in the wash.. I don't get that much itchies, bities & pinching at this point, I do still have fungal hairs & fuzzies purging a bit but less and less.. I tell you persistance pays off, I think i heard someone on here say slow and steady wins.. It's true :)
