Be sure and read the welcome letter near the top of our forum page as it has live links to the most information quickly! I think it might help you to READ the first two articles in the Testimonials page. They help explain why these things all work together.
We have had one or two articles about children improving using only the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol. But as you read through the testimonials, you will see those reporting the best results all had one thing in common; they say "I religiously followed THE WHOLE PROTOCOL".
