9/16/2014 1:26:57 AM | Started taking MMS and extension kit this past Saturday. The first night I could feel the MMS was killing something in my stomach. It was weird and thankfully somewhat brief. Last night I did not have that reaction. At different times during the day it feels like microscopic shards of glass are on my skin. As if I was covered in fiberglass. While lying in bed last night after taking MMS I felt a sharp pain on the skin of my right lower leg. Something was leaving my body through my skin. I have not read anything similar from posts of others. Is this what purging feels like? I was wearing an athletic sock and rubbed my leg with my foot. That made the burning sensation stop thank goodness. I take the Sleep Advance at night and it helps me relax. Still wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning thought. Probably exercise, no coffee, and drinking more water during the day rather than at night when I get home would help. But I am doing a good job of keeping to the time table for the protocol each day. The root of my problem is definitely on the lower left side of my abdomen where the colon is. I had a colonoscopy done 5 years ago and it showed multiple polyops. It is time to repeat the procedure but I think I will wait till the beginning of next year. The thought of anesthesia while ill makes me cautious. All of my focus and energy is on fighting this illness because I know it will make me stronger to do so. This is a life changing experience for sure. Found a Candida diet on the web that I'm going to try. Grapefruit seed extract is listed as an antifungal that can be taken in liquid or tablet form. Is grapefruit seed extract included in the protocol? I did not see it in the list of ingredients. Wondering if John has any information he can share. Also wanted to ask about the Kleen Green enzyme cleaner. In one conference call John said that hot water deactivates the Kleen Green but on the products website it says it can be used with hot water. Is it just for Morgellons that hot water doesn't work? Grateful to have such an arsenal to fight this disease. Blessing to all. |
