11/9/2014 4:31:46 PM | Hello everyone! Wanted to start off by saying thanks to Mel, John, and Robert Scott Bell for a very informative conference call last Sunday on Sovereign Silver last Sunday. I put my complete faith in all the protocol elements based on the alleviation of my symptoms but it was helpful to hear what the specific benefits of silver are. I purchased Robert's book and The Body Electric which he referenced on Amazon. Thanks also to everyone who has and is sharing recipes. My diet is pretty bare bones as I work full time but I would like to change that. Especially like the creativity in finding ways to make things like pancakes and cookies with safe ingredients. Yesterday I started 10 drops of MMS. Saturdays are my favorite day because it marks my progression in this fight. I did notice some reactions to the full moon. The skin above one of my knuckles on my right hand opened up and that was a bit alarming. It didn't hurt much just looked awful. I applied antibiotic cream to prevent infection. The sore is healing slowly. I also noticed two sores on my chest that just appeared one day but they are gone now. My feet and hands are MUCH better! Hallelujah! I don't feel the need to take a bath every night now. Though I continue to wash my linens and clothes after every use. The cold weather is approaching and I am spraying the inside of my coats and jackets with kleen green after every use. I gave up coffee and drink several cups of herbal tea each day so I am well hydrated. I am managing work well and my energy level is much better. What I notice most is that the left side of my abdomen no longer has a heavy feeling that is dragging me down. I can now fully see how the problems in my gut were affecting my cognitive abilities and energy. I feel really good knowing that I am addressing this in the best possible way and will achieve optimum health in the months to come! Just about everyday I marvel at this transformation and feel a tremendous amount of gratitude towards the Mel, John, and everyone who shares their experiences on this forum so that others may heal.
