10:58:18 PM | A question for John. When researching lyme disease I found information about Samento as a treatment. What can you tell us about Samento?
Ate some chicken tonight for dinner and it seems that it is really difficult for me to digest. I read somewhere that chicken is either mid range or high range for acidity.
My digestion is better with salmon so maybe I should stick with that for protein.
