I am wondering if anyone else experienced or is dealing with dry mouth (no saliva), balance issues, cloudy vision ? I am scheduled for a MRI in 2 weeks, I have lost a good part of my hearing in my right ear and I am concerned with all the synptoms being worst then the last 4 years dealing with this disease.

the doctor that saw me at the emergency last week call today to inform me that my head scan shows a brain lesion which worries me greatly

I lost some hearing in my left ear. I do remember having dry mouth. Not an issue now. Yes to cloudy vision too on occasion. Everything is improved with the exception of hearing. Don't think I will regain that.
