Hi Ashley

Here are a couple suggestions for you. Brushing with grapefruit seed oil will help clear the bio film from the gum line. It will create a foaming reaction while doing this. Brushing with a Myrrh tincture can also help with infection. It will tighten the gums to the teeth. Brushing with baking soda and salt may also be a more gentle way to brush.

Mel suggests that we brush with 3 or 4 drops of Sodium Chlorite solution(MMS Component)added to a shot glass of water, once or twice a week. Hope this helps.

Godspeed,
Peter

Hey everyone! Ashley here. About three weeks ago I noticed that the area underneath my gum line started to look darker. The area under my gum line on the bottom right has also been consistently hurting. I went to the dentist but they told me everything was fine. Anyone else experience this? Know of anything that makes it go away? I have not started the protocol yet but plan on starting it tomorrow. My main problems right now are my hair, face "acne" and gum pain. I'm starting to lose hair at a scary rate, and the gum problems and acne is just adding to the stress. I'm a college student and am involved in campus. So this kind of thing really takes a toll on me. I have been utilizing the search engine but any advice is really useful.

Thanks guys!
xoxo - Ashley
