Hello, I always have these stupid questions, but i have to ask anyway, because i want to make sure i don't mess things up.I am starting the protocol today.Finnaly ! Can i take MMS bath today or do i have to wait for MMS to work first in my body for few weeks ? Just curious, because i really don't want to wait any longer.I want to soak my hair in it so bad.

Helloooo, thank you for your wise advice. Finally, no confusion about MMS.I have to wait for that bath.heheheh.

hiya Gabby,
Welcome as always;
I did not take my first MMS bath until I had been taking the MMS for three months.
I wanted to understand how it was going to effect my body before I took a bath in it!
Remenber: DO NO HARM!
